Purchased the CZ SP-01 Phantom 9mm in November 2008 and have fired approximately 500 rounds without a single misfire. The only issue I have encountered is the tendency to eject the casings straight back into the shooter's face. The pistol is reliable, comfortable to hold, and the night sites easy to see.
