Bought the CZ 83 before I saw the SIG P232. Although I wish I had the P232, I am please with the CZ 83 - especially when consider the price differental. Had jamming problems, initially; but, the CZ people sent me new magazines and it has performed flawlessly. Still might get the P232, though - have other SIGs and I am very pleased.
