This is my second cz and it shots just as accurate even though it is smaller than the P01. It has has been 100% reliable with no jams even with cheap wal mart federal ammo. The true dot night sights are very nice and easy to line up. I have owned many small compact guns and I always felt like I sacrificed accuracy for the size and the rami bd is the perfect compact carry gun. This is little heavier bc it is alloy vs polymer but I personally like the extra weight. I also like the decoker vs the safety
